Terms and Conditions for Dejzo

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Dejzo by customers, drivers, and visitors. By using Dejzo, you agree to these terms.

Service description

Dejzo provides a technology platform that helps customers request rides or parcel delivery services and helps drivers receive and manage trip requests. Dejzo may provide fare calculation, dispatch, notifications, payments, support, and safety tools.

User accounts

• You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your account information up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and OTP codes secure.
• We may suspend or restrict accounts that provide false information, misuse the service, violate these terms, or create safety risks.

Customer responsibilities

• Customers must provide correct pickup and destination information.
• Customers must be ready at the pickup location and treat drivers respectfully.
• Customers are responsible for paying the confirmed fare, cancellation fees, waiting charges, tolls, parking, or extra charges shown or agreed according to the app rules.

Driver responsibilities

• Drivers must provide accurate identity, license, and vehicle information.
• Drivers must comply with traffic laws, safety rules, and local transport requirements.
• Drivers must not misuse customer data and must communicate professionally.
• Drivers may be required to settle cash collections, commissions, or platform balances shown in the system.

Fares, payments, and cancellations

Estimated fares may vary based on distance, route, vehicle category, waiting time, discounts, surcharges, fixed route pricing, long-distance pricing, taxes, or other configured rules. Final fare may be adjusted according to the app configuration and trip completion data. Payment options may include cash, wallet, cards, PayPal, or other payment methods when enabled.

Promotions and discounts

Promotions, coupons, banners, and discounts may be offered for limited periods and may have conditions, eligibility limits, or expiry dates. Dejzo may modify or withdraw promotional offers when necessary.

Safety and conduct

Users must not harass, threaten, abuse, discriminate, commit fraud, damage property, interfere with the app, or use Dejzo for illegal purposes. Safety incidents should be reported to Dejzo support and, where necessary, local authorities.

Availability

Dejzo may not always be available due to maintenance, network issues, third-party service issues, driver availability, regulatory requirements, or events outside our control.

Third-party services

Dejzo may rely on third-party services such as maps, SMS, Firebase notifications, payment gateways, hosting, and email services. Their availability and policies may affect the service.

Account deletion

Users may request account deletion through the app or at https://dejzo.com/delete-account. Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, safety, or dispute-resolution reasons.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of Dejzo after updates means you accept the updated terms.
