Use this page to request deletion of your Dejzo customer or driver account and associated personal data.
If you can access the Dejzo app, open the app and go to Profile > Delete my account. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.
If you no longer have access to the app, email us from the phone number or email associated with your account.

When we process your request, we delete or anonymize account profile data, contact details, authentication data, saved app preferences, device tokens, and data that is no longer required to provide the service.
Some trip, payment, safety, support, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, or legal records may be retained where required by law, platform security, dispute handling, or legitimate business obligations. Where possible, retained records are minimized or anonymized.
We aim to review deletion requests within 7 days. Full deletion or anonymization may take up to 30 days unless a longer retention period is legally required.
