Dejzo explains what data is collected, how it is used, and how users can request deletion.
Last updated: May 13, 2026
Dejzo is a ride booking platform for customers and drivers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how users can control or delete their data.
We may share limited data with customers, drivers, payment processors, SMS providers, map and location providers, notification providers, hosting providers, analytics or diagnostic tools, and legal authorities when required. For example, a driver may see a customer's pickup location and phone call option for an active trip, and a customer may see driver and vehicle details.
Dejzo may use third-party services such as Google Maps, Firebase, Twilio or other SMS providers, hosting providers, payment gateways, and email providers. These providers process data according to their own policies and only for the service functions they provide to Dejzo.
Location data is essential for a taxi app. Customers use location to choose pickup and destination points. Drivers use location to appear on the map, receive nearby ride requests, navigate to pickup and destination, and update active trip status. Some location processing may continue while the app is open or during an active trip, depending on permissions granted by the user.
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Some records may be retained for legitimate reasons such as security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or safety investigations.
Users can request deletion of their Dejzo account and associated data from the app or from our public deletion page: https://dejzo.com/delete-account. When a deletion request is processed, account profile data and data no longer required for service, safety, legal, or accounting reasons will be deleted or anonymized.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect user data. No online service can guarantee complete security, but we work to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, or loss of data.
Dejzo is not intended for children. Users must be legally able to use transportation services and create an account under applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page, and important changes may be communicated through the app or other contact methods.
